When you become a follower on the stream, you are eligible to get your own stream avatar. 

These little adventurers are a fun way to express yourself. The items, skins and emotes you can aquire will be bought by florints. The florints are basically stream avatar points you get for watching the stream. 

To get the stream avatar, you will need to chat for it to show up.
